The four-storey residential building is located in a privileged spot in the area of Chalandri, nearby the local market in the Avana area. The building will include a one-storey apartment and two split-level maisonettes. For the construction of the building, all energy and environmental standards were followed, while certified materials of the latest technology were used, thus achieving the building’s high energy performance class.
